How the Recruitment Process Works

Step-1 Submit a recruitment request

Email us at placement@aptec.ac.in with details about your hiring needs, including a company profile, job description and location.

Step-2 Candidate Shortlisting

Our Placement Team collaborates with training centers to identify and shortlist suitable candidates based on your job requirements.

Step-3 Final Selection & Hiring

You can conduct aptitude tests and interviews to assess candidates. Once selected, candidates receive job offers and join your company.
